Lesson:
Introduce the verse by reading through it and having the student read through it too. Discuss mustard seed (mustard, mustard powder). Show bottles if you have them on hand. Talk about how a tiny mustard seed can grow a large tree.
Review the verses from the last 3 weeks, and more as time allows.
Come back to the verse and repeat/recite until the student knows it by heart.
Vocabulary Words:
Faith means to trust/believe.
Kit:
Follow the directions in your kit to make the following craft. (Be careful opening your kit as the little tiny beads [representing mustard seeds] fall out and get lost very easily!)
Bible Literacy:
Help your student find Matthew 17:20 and highlight or underline it. Read V 14-21 for the whole story!
