Proverbs 14:15 NIV Verse Kit

In the Verse Kit Box:

From home: markers or crayons

Review:

Lesson:

Read the verse slowly 2 times while your student follows along.

Discuss the vocabulary words.

Vocabulary Words:

PRUDENT means “acting with or showing care and thought for the future.”

SIMPLE would mean the opposite.

Ask if the student can tell you someone they know who is prudent. (Don’t ask if they know anyone who is simple!)

Review the cards above. Praise them for the good work that they do.

Come back to Proverbs 14:15. Read it out loud for the student again, and then have them read it about 3 times. You may have to break it down into sections for younger students.

See if they can say it from memory.
